- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts and promotions change from month to month. Standard discounts will apply to military, first responders, educators, and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We would first send one of our highly knowledgeable Home Advisors to meet with the client. The next step would be assess all the customers needs and expectations. Then once we have determined the clients needs would give our recommendations and then go over the multiple financing options with our lending partners. Once everything is approved with our client and our lending partners we would move to pull all permits needed. The next step would be to send our highly trained craftsmen to complete the project in the scope of work and to the customer’s complete satisfaction. I a follow would preformed to examine that all work discussed in the project was completed and that the customer is 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our team goes through weekly training with multiple suppliers and manufacturers. From visiting the facilities for training to the onsite job training on proper installation per manufacturers specifications.
