We were very pleased with Lucia’s work! Her skills are amazing. She was good with the kids, and she must have painted 20+faces in the hour she was at the party, kids and then even some The paint didn’t bother anyone’s skin, it was very comfortable, stayed on for hours, and washed off easily. She also brought along a balloon artist at my request, which I appreciated. Being able to book both with 1 company took another task off my list. My only complaint, and the reason I’m deducting 1 star, is that, if I hire you for an event, and I’m paying $250 for an hour and half and you’re going to be there from 1:30-3pm, showing up shortly after 1:30 is not professional. You should be present and set up to begin working at 1:30. And if I paid you until 3, I don’t care if no one has approached the table in a few minutes, I expect you to stay until 3, and then pack up to leave afterwards. They left at least 15 minutes early. Arrival and departure are not on my time clock. If you have to be at work at 8, do you pull into the parking lot at 8am and consider yourself on time for work? I don’t think so. And I’m sure your boss wouldn’t either. Same principal applies to independent professionals. All in all, I was happy it went so well, and I would use them again, but we would have to have better communication about timeliness expectations.
