- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat rate per service & require a 50% deposit at booking. The remaining 50% isn't due until the Monday before your event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know a little about my clients before I get to work on their wedding or event. Understanding their personality, style, mindset, & vision really helps guide my steps forward. From there I like to prioritize tasks from most important to least, according to deadline, vendor availability, & budget.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I just started! I've always known I wanted to be a wedding planner & I started helping friends plan their weddings right out of high school.
