ABR construction completed two projects: repaired the leak between the garage and the main house by replacing the flashing and putting down new shingles; installed a roof-top attic fan. They completed both projects as they agreed on. Even with the frequent rain in Texas, they were able to work around the schedule and complete the projects in a timely manner. We felt Juan did a good quality job on the roofing part, and especially appreciate Dennis testing the fan prior to installation and working with us to wait for a replacement. Their flexibility and responsibility in completing the projects are commendable.

The man sent his roofer out to look the job, and he went up on the roof and said, here's your problem, nails backing out of shingles, he nailed them back down sealed em and was down and said that should fix ur problem. He did that at no charge. We need more people like that in this world. If I have another problem I will be calling him for sure. Thank you.
