- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Although I’m willing to remotely discuss a project, it’s always best to do a walkthrough and design in person. I start by identifying the customer’s main goals and concerns. Then, I like to educate the customer on what products and services I offer. Lastly, I make some recommendations for the property and work with the customer to customize their system to best suit their needs. Once we establish our game plan, I get right to work! Same day installs are standard.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Technology around the smart home and security space is ever-evolving. It can be challenging to keep up with, even when it’s your full-time job. For this reason, I ALWAYS recommend going with a professional who deals in this space as their main occupation. Trusting the safety of your home and family to someone who treats it as a side gig is never a good idea!
