- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fair within industry standards. We do offer referral discounts and for all new Weekly Cleaning Service customers a free filter clean after 90 days of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A first time visit can be at the location or at times over the phone, we will provide complete information on what the job entails, the solution(s), the best option or options. We DO NOT charge a fee if we need to go out and look at a job before providing an estimate, regardless of whether it is a repair, remodel, new construction, or weekly cleaning service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in the construction industry for over 34 years. I have been repairing, servicing, and installing swimming pools for over 18 years. Not only that, but I am fully licensed and insured.
