- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a meet and greet to meet each client and the animals we will care for. During our meeting we discuss what the client would like their visits to include and learn about their pets requirements, likes and dislikes. Favorite toys, hiding spaces and habits. This helps us make sure they have the best experience possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business since 2008 and taken care of many pets. We have been trained in pet first aide and CPR and work to be you and your pets provider of choice.
