FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I feel my pricing is very competitive with today's market. I do not change my pricing due to the house having extra amenities! The price you see is what you will pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I reach out to the client introduce myself and get all the information I need to start the inspection process. I meet with the client before the inspection is started and go over any concerns they may have and explain exactly what to expect from the inspection. They have the option to walk with me during the inspection if they like, if not, I give them a time when I expect to be finished and have them meet me at the end of the inspection to go over their concerns if I found any. Once I know the client is happy I finish up my report and release it to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 30+ years in the Facilities business overseeing all mechanical aspects of different properties. I received my Inspection training thru AHIT American Home Inspection Training at the university of Arlington. I have a State of Texas Electricians licence.
