Mr Jenkins was very respectful and responsive he came out on schedule date and between the times he had given so I I could make sure somebody was at the the house the fireplace hasn’t worked in about 3 to 5 years he diagnosed the problem and fixed the problem the same day.

I hired Greg to install a ventless fireplace. While he did complete the installation, the work was far from professional. The existing fireplace required tile cutting, but he failed to take any precautions, leaving our home and furniture covered in dust. There was no preparation or cleanup on his part, and we had to hire a professional cleaner to address the mess he left behind. Additionally, we requested a remote for the fireplace, but Greg became unresponsive, ignoring all calls and messages on Thumbtack. Based on this experience, I would not hire him again.
