- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If you've received a quote that just seems outrageous, that's probably because it is! I typically save my customers hundreds, or even thousands when compared to our competitors. It never hurts to get a second opinion. Give us a call to schedule your free in-home inspection/quote!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we'll schedule a free in-home assessment to determine what we're dealing with, and the best plan to resolve your issues. At that point, we can offer an accurate quote and more often than not, begin immediately!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed and insured Certified Applicator. I've been in the industry for roughly 10 years, and have no plans of leaving!
