- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide straight forward pricing so you know down to the penny what the cost will be before the work is started. We will gain your approval before starting any work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After scheduling an appointment we will send a confirmation of service. We will always notify our customer 30-45 minutes prior to arrival and send a picture of the technician coming to the home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are highly trained and skilled. We perform weekly training with our team as well as State required continuing education courses.
