Quickly diagnosed the issue with my refrigerator, explaining the problem in simple terms that I could easily understand. Couldn’t recommend same day services more. I had a refrigerator stop working and Chris came out the next day and got it fixed. He’s truly an expert in his field and put in the extra time and effort to make sure it was fixed RIGHT. Upfront and fair pricing with parts and labor. If you’re having appliance issues, don’t just go buy something new. Save yourself some money and headache and call Same Day Services.

We had been having issues with our water dispenser and ice maker on our Whirlpool refrigerator as well as error codes on our LG dryer. I messaged Chris and received a response almost immediately. He was able to stop by to diagnose the issues very quickly upon arrival. He 1.) described the problem, 2.) what caused it 3.)how to fix it, 4.)how long it would take and 5.) approximate cost.. all in a manner that was easy to understand, which I appreciated very much! He was able to get the part and have all repaired a few days later (the delay in repair was due to my availability, he was prepared to be back the next business day) If we have any appliance issues, Same Day Services & Chris is at the top of our list. Thank you!

He was extremely knowledgeable about the product, knew immediately what the problem was based on our description, advised and gave excellent recommendations on what to do and how to handle it, kept us informed and updated on the part order and delivery, then quickly made it out to our house to do the repair. What I love about this process is that it was so seamless; I placed a request early in the morning around 5 AM when I get up, and I got a response within an hour. That morning Chris was out and took care of everything! As you get older, you appreciate having people of good character and honesty to do repairs.
