We begin by scheduling a free consultation to assess the pool's condition and discuss your needs. After this, we provide a customized service plan and a clear estimate. Once you approve, we schedule the first service, ensuring all your questions are answered before work begins. Communication and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Certified Pool and Spa Operator (CPO) and have completed advanced training programs with Pentair and Hayward, focusing on pool equipment installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance. This specialized knowledge ensures that your pool is cared for by a highly skilled professional.
