- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each package we offer is paid on a monthly basis. This means if a customer signs up for our full-service package, the $210 price covers the entire month of pool care or 4 to 5 cleanings. All payments are made on the first of every month. We depend on our reputation and believe in keeping customers by providing exemplary service, not through legal contracts. So, customers can cancel or leave at any time without penalty. If you have any other questions about plans or prices, we highly suggest visiting our website or giving us a call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make things as pain-free for the customer as possible. Signing up for service is as simple as filling out our online sign-up form found on our website. Once we receive the form, the customer will receive a text message within a few hours with the time and date of their first cleaning, along with their assigned technician's profile information. Customers can choose to be there for their first visit or not; it's entirely up to you. Some customers sign up online without ever speaking to us. They simply start receiving service reports in their email inbox.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have created our own unique, fully-fledged certification program that goes well beyond any national certifications currently offered today. All of our technicians must have at least 1 year minimum of field experience, pass a three-stage board review, and written test before they are given the title of service technician. All of our technicians are the most highly trained and knowledgeable professionals in their field simply because we demand excellence and enforce strict policies for continuous learning and recertification.
