Introduction: **Currently only accepting PITCHING STUDENTS** My coaching stems not only from my passion for this game and its technique, but also from personal experience and training as an ASA softball athlete and 2009 ASA National Fast Pitch Champion. I have been coaching for 14 years, ages 6-18, both privately in lesson settings, as well as clinics, camps, high schools, clubs, and running two ASA club teams for 3yrs. My coaching style is all about teaching an athlete to be in sync with her body in order to perform her absolute best. This game is just as much mental as it is physical, so I coach with emphasis on both, and I get my reputation as a coach from how well I work with athletes of all ages and for my ability to coach the game in their language to help them progress faster and more noticeably. I love walking alongside athletes, watching their growth, breakthroughs, opportunities open up, and learn to appreciate and respect this game for the joy and gift it is to play. I started coaching to share my passion for the game with up and coming athletes who have a heart for this game. Athlete health and muscle conditioning is also a huge passion of mine for injury prevention and career prolonging, so I strive to teach athletes how to train properly with well-rounded training approaches. At the end of the day it all comes back to the love of game and joy in passing on this craft. I have worked with both internal rotation, and windmill pitching mechanic disciplines, and am known for helping athletes transition to new pitching science techniques, develop their movement pitches, increase their speed, and troubleshoot current mechanic/pain related concerns.
