- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to price, we strive to be the best low cost provider who is transparent and fair, without sacrificing the quality of our work. We give a free quote over the phone or via messages. We offer various discounts throughout the year, including military and first responder discounts, seasonal discounts, first-time customer discounts, multi-neighbor discounts and discounts for recurring services. Please inquire about promotions when you contact us. If I will already be at your location we are also willing to bundle additional areas at the time we do your project. We believe in upfront communication and no hidden costs, ensuring our customers feel confident and informed throughout our service process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We aim to make the process seamless and efficient for every new and/or existing customer. Here’s what you can expect when you decide to work with us: 1. INITIAL CONTACT: You can reach out to us via messaging, phone, or email to express your interest or ask any preliminary questions. We’re here to provide all the information you need. 2. CONSULTATION AND ESTIMATE: We typically conduct a brief consultation over the phone. During this time, we’ll discuss your specific needs, the scope of the project, and any challenges your property may present. We will then provide you with a detailed estimate of the services required. 3. SCHEDULING: Once you approve the estimate, we will work with you to schedule a convenient time to perform the service. We strive to accommodate your schedule as much as possible and will confirm the appointment a day in advance. 4. SERVICE DAY: On the day of the service, our professional team will arrive on time, equipped with all necessary tools and equipment. Before starting, we will walk through the project with you to confirm all details and answer any last-minute questions. 5. EXECUTION: Our skilled technicians will carry out the services according to the agreed plan, ensuring high standards of quality and safety. 6. FINAL WALK-THROUGH: After the cleaning is completed, we apply a post treatment to the surface to ensure a longer lasting cleaning job. Next, we conduct a final walk-through with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the work. We encourage feedback and are happy to address any concerns on the spot. Our goal is to ensure that your experience is as straightforward and stress-free as possible, with clear communication and professional service from start to finish.

I have a Bachelors Degree from McNeese University. I have been in the Pressure Washing industry and Residential Construction industry for over 20+ years.
