Ricky and his partner nearly packed my garage into a storage pod in about an hour. And I had a ton of stuff. He did have to reschedule once and was running behind the day of but he kept in contact with me each time to keep me updated.

After initial contact, he made an appointment to make the pick up. He never showed, and when I called him he said he got tied up on another job. I was instructed that he would call me back in the next day or so. I never heard back from him. I went with another service provider. On the upside was very polite and articulate. Just not very punctual or organized.

Originally scheduled for Friday, he had a family emergency and was quick to communicate with me. We rescheduled for Monday, he showed up and worked in 100 degree heat to remove my old fence. Polite and did a great job for a reasonable price.
