FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a lot of experience and use quality tools and techniques. Cheap labor is not good, and good labor is not cheap. I look to give you a quality product in a timely and professional manner. $100 per hour is per person. Not for the whole crew. Each person on the crew is doing work. 2 people work for 1 hr= 2hrs. Ideally the 2 people accomplish in 1 hr what would take 1 person 2 hours or more by himself. Often having 2 or more people working makes the project safer, higher quality, and faster.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to discuss the project in detail and have a good working plan and agreement in place, and make certain that I am able to meet the need the client has.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the trades since 1983, owned a General Contracting business in Utah, and I have built homes as well as commercial buildings in Texas. Wyoming, Utah, Washington, Oregon, American Samoa, California, Mexico, Arizona, Nevada, Nebraska, Montana and Idaho,
