- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we offer discounts for military, first responder, Healthcare, teachers, and our senior citizens. we appreciate all of you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we would need to come out and diagnose the issue that you’re having, we would then give you a quote for parts and labor, if you accept our quote we waive the diagnostic charge. If for any reason you decide to not go with repairs we charge a service fee “diagnostic trip fee”. We offer a 30 day parts and labor warranty.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of on the job training as well as attending multiple manufacture training conventions.
