- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
RestoreNow has a lead focus in dealing with the challenges that come primarily with insurance claims. While we still provide entire scopes and estimates, this can be difficult with insurance claims as the scope of work can changed or be altered several times during the process depending on several factors. We specialize in working with you and your adjuster to ensure a fast and easy process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with RestoreNow the typical process starts with an onsite evaluation to inspect the home or business. We can then go over the scope of work and expectations as well as if the project will be apart of an insurance claim or if this a personal project to be completed out of pocket. We can then write a scope of work and estimate of the items needing to be completed. If this is an insurance claim, the process will likely be longer and a bit more challenging. However, one of our claims advocates will work to help you understand the process and the role we play in ensuring your home or business is restored fully. Once a contract is signed, we begin the process of meeting with your adjuster and working to complete a full scope, once this is approved the work commences and you sit back and relax while our team gets you back to normal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
RestoreNow is licensed in the state of Texas as a Mold Remediation Company (MRC) we also hold several certifications through the IICRC which provides training and hands on training to ensure our technicians can handle whatever project we are on.
