My pricing is based on the scope of the project, taking into account the time, materials, and complexity of the job. I believe in transparency, so I provide detailed estimates upfront, ensuring there are no surprises. As for discounts, I offer special rates for first-time customers, as well as package deals for larger or ongoing projects. My goal is to provide fair, competitive pricing while maintaining the high-quality workmanship B&M Handyman is known for."
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process starts with an initial consultation, where I discuss the customer’s needs and gather details about the project. From there, I provide an accurate estimate based on the scope of work, timeline, and materials. Once we agree on the terms, I schedule a time to start the project. Throughout the job, I maintain open communication to ensure everything is going smoothly and address any concerns. After the work is completed, I do a final walk-through with the customer to ensure their complete satisfaction. At B&M Handyman, my goal is to make the process as smooth and stress-free as possible."
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
"My education in this field comes from hands-on experience, passed down through four generations of skilled craftsmen. From a young age, I was taught everything from framing and remodeling to detailed finishing work. While I don’t have formal classroom training, the extensive, real-world experience I’ve gained has been invaluable. I’ve also continued to expand my knowledge over the years, staying updated on the latest tools, techniques, and materials to ensure the best results for my customers."
