- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a fair and reasonable rate, and usually go above and beyond. All my pricing includes paint and all supplies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always meet the customer first. I get an idea of what they want for their home, and what makes them feel good when they see it. If they can’t figure that out, I love to help them through the process with great ideas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of time on the job and working with customers. My greatest curse and blessing is that I can do a variety of things. I have had to learn the hard way over the years. I know what to do but I also know how not to do it!
