Poor communication as the fence repair was not welldone. Contractor did not listen to wishes or double check before doing the work. The materials did not match the original fence. The rebuilt fence portion wound up lower and is crooked than the rest of the fence. I'm going to need a real repair person to fix it.

Hello, I'm sorry you were not satisfied with the work done and wish you would have reached out sooner to discuss and address any issues you had. For the color, we used the stain that you provided for us, so the color would match. I based the material on what you told me, which was Cedar. Some of the 2x4s that were previously there (previous contractor) are southern yellow pine, which could explain the color difference. As for the height and level, we matched the fence repair to the next closest intact fencing and continued the fence from there. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
