Introduction

We provide balanced training starting mainly with positive reinforcement to boost a dog's confidence using his or her language. I teach my clients how to properly communicate with their dog(s) in a way that is mutually beneficial. I give military,first responders, nurses, veterinary professionals and rescue dog discounts, and offer board and train programs for busy owners who need a bit more extensive training. I enjoy meeting new clients and teaching them how to positively influence their dogs to be successful with their training. I also love to keep up on science-based training techniques to provide excellent service for my clients as well as my personal dog. Britney has been my go-to trainer for the past year with all of our rescue dogs. She is very patient working with each other their personalities and we love the fact she uses positive reinforcement, not shock collars or anything of the sort other trainers quoted us using. She also has been helping guide us through the process of finding the right Service Dog prospect and owner-training legally. We definitely recommend her for all our dog training needs, whether in person or through Skype/Facetime when she's not in our area!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer payment plans on all programs. We also offer 20% off for military, first responders, and nurses 15% off for all veterinarian professionals 10% off for rescue dogs
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is I first meet with the client for an hour and a half and work with their puppy/dog. I sit down with the client and go over what all needs to be worked on and what goals they have for their dog. Then go from there with training I involve the pet parent always in my private training lessons. I will also work with children who are eager to learn how to train their new dog.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I actually got started when I got my Alaskan malamute. I absolutely loved doing training with him and I knew how happy it made me feel seeing him succeed so I wanted to help others help their dogs succeed in their own training.
