I highly recommend Ace's Maintenance for all your roofing needs. They recently repaired my mother's roof and went above and beyond in every aspect. Not only did they provide exceptional repair work, but they also managed to get my insurance approved, resulting in a new roof fully covered by the insurance. Eric Zitko’s team, lead by Tim, did a great job replacing our roof. I had a “soft spot” were there was some water damage. Eric came out the next day and repaired it on the spot - along with another area he found around the fireplace chimney. He noticed that I had hail damage and encouraged me to file for a roof replacement. The inspector agreed and the insurance company paid for a new roof - minus the deductible. I wanted a sustainable shingle and to have the shingles recycled. Eric helped me find Malarkey shingles (https://www.malarkeyroofing.com) and looked for a recycling center. Unfortunately there are no shingle recycling centers in the Houston area. The replacement roof looks great! The team showed up on time and removed the old shingles and installed the new roof all in the same day on our 1 story 1600 sf house. I definitely recommend Ace’s Maintenance Company.

My estimates are 100% free of charge, I take no deposits whatsoever unless it’s for roof replacement, my customers only pay when the job is done and you get a warranty on all work as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First impressions are everything and I make sure to answer all of their questions and to assure them that we will take care of their concerns.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by my grandfather for 5 years back in Chicago and he was a master at his craft.
