- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My estimates are 100% free of charge, I take no deposits whatsoever unless it’s for roof replacement, my customers only pay when the job is done and you get a warranty on all work as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First impressions are everything and I make sure to answer all of their questions and to assure them that we will take care of their concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by my grandfather for 5 years back in Chicago and he was a master at his craft.
