- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our training is sold in packages and is based on the duration of your commitment. (month-to-month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 month, etc.). We offer one-on-one training sessions, group training (groups of 2 - 3 people), weekly bootcamps and online coaching for those that aren't able to travel to our gym on a regular basis or who would prefer to train on their own but would still like the professional guidance of a Certified Personal Trainer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial consultation is key for us to have a clear understanding of the goal/s at hand and design the proper program to have a successful end result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We constantly educate ourselves on new techniques and training methods. This provides me with the knowledge needed to meet each clients' individual needs whether it is goal related or due to a physical limitation of some sort.
