Pricing is based on the extent of the project, including but not limited to lead time, number of guests, logistics, staff and volunteer support and other factors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
THE PROCESS 1. Meet with the client to assess the goals and objectives of the project and to ascertain the project parameters. 2. Prepare the contract which will outline services provided by the event planner. 3. Prepare project timeline and budget, if needed. 4. Hold weekly meetings with client to ensure project meets objectives and timeline. 5. Move forward with project... have fun!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Clean Slate is owned and operated by Lisa Hettinger. A native Californian, Lisa is excited to share her event management services with her new Texas friends. Lisa has worked in the field of event management for over 15 years ago. She has organized events from small fundraisers and athletic events to large festivals and million dollar galas. While running her own event management company, she produced events for non-profits, city agencies, community groups, athletic teams and art foundations. Lisa is a Certified Professional Organizer [CPO], one of 16 in the Houston area, and holds certificates in Workplace Productivity and Residential Organization. Lisa is a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO) National and serves on the board of directors for the NAPO Houston Chapter. Lisa works as a event management consultant, professional organizer and speaker in both the states of Texas and California.
