- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees for virtual notarizations are based on what is charged by the remote online notary platform.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer will schedule their appointment via my website and receive a link to upload their document. At the time of the appointment, they will log on to the platform, verify their identity by uploading their ID and answering 5 security questions, complete the notarization and receive their document in their email immediately after the session ends.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained and certified by the National Notary Association and the Loan Signing System to complete notarizations as well as loan signings.
