Andrea was fantastic! We did not really understand the virtual notary process and she took time to talk to me on the phone at length. She answered questions through text after the phone call and walked us through the entire process during the virtual meeting. 100% recommend!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees for virtual notarizations are based on what is charged by the remote online notary platform.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A customer will schedule their appointment via my website and receive a link to upload their document. At the time of the appointment, they will log on to the platform, verify their identity by uploading their ID and answering 5 security questions, complete the notarization and receive their document in their email immediately after the session ends.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am trained and certified by the National Notary Association and the Loan Signing System to complete notarizations as well as loan signings.
