- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is determined based on your scope of work. Some services may require constant management, but I never want to handcuff anyone. No one should feel "stuck" in a contract. I also work as a Fractional CMO for some clients, taking on a monthly retainer that leverages a team of professionals, and focuses on scale and growth initiatives. If interested, just ping me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an initial strategy session, understand the scope of what you're looking for, the overall goals, your target customers, etc. I will probably badger you with questions, but my goal is to better understand how to target your customer, their drivers, and their journey. From here, you and I can determine if we are a good fit for each other!
