- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free Complimentary Discovery 30 minute phone consultation for Design or Staging clients. This gives me the opportunity to see how I can best help you, hear about your vision and timeframe and help you determine realistic budget for your project. Our second DESIGN CLIENT meeting will involve research and work product from me for your project and has a $350 fee. For Home Staging clients/or realtors: a firm set up fee will be given upon walk through which covers you for 60 days and will not be prorated. The initial fee covers movers to and from the project, labor and furnishings to stage property. At the end of the 60 day period there is a month to month rental fee for home staging. The rental fee can be prorated to accommodate your closing or appraisals etc.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a complimentary Discovery Call to hear about your vision and to determine if we are a good fit for your project with no commitment. Once we decide to move forward we can schedule an onsite visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of The Interior Design Society, featured on the IDS LIST, am member of The Designer’s Society of America, and am a Buyer for Dallas Market and High Point Market. I have worked completely dedicated to Home Design and Home Staging for for 4 years. Previously, I have commercial Interior Design experience. I stay educated, and stay updated the latest Design offerings and trends. I offer the best vendors and best quality furnishings covering a range of pricing. I take every opportunity to attend seminars and educational updates at market with my peers. I also offer Drapery and Windows treatments as I with with custom work rooms.
