Professional, prompt, personable, passionate, and poised. Events By Clark was by far the best choice I made of the multiple choices I had to make when planning a wedding in literally 6 months! My wedding day was literally stress-less and smooth sailing. I HIGHLY recommend for wedding coordinator and really any special event!

Ms. Mela Clark was my day-of coordinator, and she did an amazing job, from the very first time we talked on zoom about her services, I already knew I could trust her, she was very detailed and informational. She responds quickly either through e-mail or text. My wedding day went smoothly with her coordination, and she even put the cake topper on the cake for us since I've forgotten to provide it to the baker. I highly recommend her to people that need a coordinator, she is amazing at what she does.

I remember being on cloud 9 for weeks after my wedding. Events by Clark has been nothing but a pleasure to work with during the planning and execution of my wedding.Up to about 2 months before the big day, I thought I could plan and coordinate everything. I reached a point of being overwhelmed with the vendors and everything else that comes with the planning. I called Events by Clark and worked with Mela. In our meeting, we went over what was done and she took over from there. As we went over the services that they provide, I could feel weight coming off as she went through each bullet.They exhibit excellent vendor management and coordination. They think of the details that you wouldn't think of. Mela was always available via email or phone or even in person as needed. I only had one meltdown (maybe it was cold feet) and she was able to talk me off the ledge. Lol.She has a great eye for decor so being that I'm not the "girly" type, she was extremely helpful when it was time to make decisions about table arrangements and flowers, working closely with the other vendors.The day of... It was amazing!!!!!! I didn't have to worry about one thing. I actually got to enjoy my wedding as opposed to managing it myself.I was flattered to see a post on social media about my wedding, referring to it as being on the caliber of "David Tutera" weddings.I thank Events by Clark for making us look extra good! We along with our guests enjoyed the entire day!

I can’t say enough positive things about Mela and her company. I was placed in the daunting task of organizing my older brother’s wedding while I lived out of state. As the date quickly approached, I realized that I needed help. With just 4 weeks notice, I found Mela and she was an angel sent to help me create an event masterpiece!! I chose the “day of” option as I had already booked all my vendors, but it was the little details that made all the difference. She created a detailed timeline that was shared with all vendors and family members, she created the seating charts and escort tables; which were beautifully made. I had the bright idea of having menu card 4 days before the wedding – and she made it happen! She went above and beyond – helping with décor, assisting our guests during the event, coordinating vendor set up and break down, she even had the flip flops ready for me and my sister when we could no longer handle our heels! She stayed with us till the very end of the event and her staff was very professional. I received so many compliments throughout the night and weeks after the wedding! Thank you thank you thank you!
