We had Len do several jobs at our home that were in our Honey do list that “honey” could never seem to get to! Len saved the day ! He painted our bathroom, did crown molding carpenter work (he’s great at carpentry!) added shelves in one of our closets - a huge improvement! - and since we saw his quality work we ended having him build an add on deck. And on top of that he’s a very nice guy and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him for all your handyman needs plus more !

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t try to gouge on pricing because I want return customers for future projects. If my pricing is questionable to you I am willing to deal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Fist I’ll ask them to describe their vision and based on that I’ll make recommendations that can help achieve that vision. Sometimes eyes are bigger than the budget and I can work to fit the work into that scope as well.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of our customers have been in the residential area. We do continuous work on finish trim with a prominent home builder in the DFW area. We have also done various remodels and new construction projects with several commercial entities.
