- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
NEVER HIDDEN FEES, NEVER DESEPTION. THAT IS MY PROMISE. The prices are based on size, time it will take, everybody is charge fairly based on those rules, the customer will always know the price before the jobs gets done, if extra work is needed they will have a really good idea what they are going to pay extra that way they can make an informed decision. Our reviews speak for themselves.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If it’s a commercial customer we always meet with them to walk thru the new building needing to be cleaned then we determine our prices based on time it would take to clean 1 person. If it’s a residential customer we answer their questions over the phone very professionally and set a time to meet and do the work, customer ALWAYS know exactly what the cost will be before we do the work, and in the event of extra cost they will have a very good idea of their cost. NEVER HIDDEN FEES, NEVER DESEPTION. THAT IS MY PROMISE.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been trained by a company called Interlink in SLC Utah, after that believe me 22 years gives you LOTS OF TRAINING. We have an answer for every question a customer may have , we have taken the time to put everything in writing for both our cleaners and our customers.
