We are so pleased with the service we received from DVO. Domingo and his crew arrived on time and also alerted us when they were within 10 minutes of arrival. They kept us informed throughout the project and finished ahead of schedule. Domingo and his company worked hard to repair and salvage the mess a previous company left. They installed a pipe that we didnt know was required. I am so impressed with their level of customer service and knowledge. They also cleaned up and took the trash. I would give them 10 stars if they were available. We will use their services in future needs and recommend them to friends and family.

Trustworthy. Domingo came and checked the unit, performed tests, offered a diagnosis and most importantly took the time to explain what went bad. He provided estimates and lectured me on how to take better care of the system. I did my research on pricing for labor, parts and freon refill. Domingos pricing is fair! He fixed my unit and my overall experience was great.

Outstanding! Our AC failed late Thursday and I called DVO Friday morning. By Saturday afternoon, I had a brand new system up and cooling. (And a loaner window unit for Friday night.)I couldnt ask for more a good product, installed quickly and professionally at a fair price! Ill only call DVO for all subsequent heating and cooling services.
