- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will answer any questions about the process of how to repair your computer, but there is a charge at the time I go to check it and that charge is transferred to the total of the repair when the work is finished.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The work process is to talk with the client and understand what he needs in this way to find a solution to the problem satisfactorily, in case of not being a specialist in the subject I will notify him from the beginning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have experience in computer repair related to software and hardware since I studied in computing and thanks to the school I performed social service for police and traffic in Mexico, also in repairing cell phones and tablets since I have worked in bazaars and molls doing any type of repair related to these devices.
