Alex was AMAZING!!! Our panels were working fine but we had no back up from the grid. He came out on a rainy Saturday when we had no power to help us get power restored. He troubleshooted the problem but also thoroughly explained everything in the process so we could understand everything. He’s great at what he does. He is our repairman now for all things solar!!! I won’t bother with anyone else!
