- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer discounts for First responders, Military, and retired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically I will talk and see what the client is experiencing. I will try and come out with parts if possible for the problem at hand. Fix the problem if possible without parts unless needed. I will finish the repair and make sure that the client is happy with the work. If something isn't right I will do whatever it takes to make it right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had training with appliances and people at a young age. I have received specialized training from specific manufacturers like Samsung, and Bosch. I also continue my education through special appliance situations and learning in my off time.
