You pay ZERO dollars as I can bill your insurance company directly at no cost to you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I inspect the site, make sure the damage is covered by insurance, send a work authorization contract and can schedule the work once it's signed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an IICRC Certified (#66652744) Water Damage Restoration Technician (WRT). I also have a Bachelor's degree which helps me keep everything on a professional level.
