I found this company by accident. The young man that came out was knowledgeable and very respectful. He shocked and balanced my pool. He also did a filter clean. I will use again.

Tyler was very prompt when he came to initially service our pool. He applied chemicals & vacuumed it & said if we needed him to come back, he would, given his vacuum could not suck up everything (the floor of the pool is a bit uneven, so he used our vacuum, which works great, but takes a few times over to get it clean). I texted him the next day sharing that the pool wasn’t clean. He asked that I send photos, which I did (attached). He then said that he would come by after his route, which was fine. He then said I never paid him, which he was correct because I totally forgot. I paid him immediately. Unfortunately, he never returned & stopped responding to my texts. I guess you get what you pay for. I read the reviews thinking since others had a good experience, so would I. That wasn’t really the case. Nice kid trying to start a business, but just didn’t follow through with quality.
