Needed a new pool cleaner as my previous cleaner started getting lazy and leaving within 2-3 minutes of arriving. Found Alex through Thumbtack and do not regret switching over to his services. Alex came to the house to check our pool and found some small maintenance items that needed replacing and was very prompt in getting them done. First cleaning was done by Alex and he literally stayed for 3 hours to make sure that every inch of the pool was cleaned. He is very punctual and his response time via text/call is very quick. I've been with him for about a month now and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for pool cleaning/maintenance.

Alex was prompt to respond my Thumbtack request.
Communication after hiring was superb. He showed up early and evaluated my 13 years old pool maintained by me. He check the chemistry and was good, but he recommended using less auto Chlorination, since I was using too much. The Chlorine adjustment will save me some money for sure.
He replaced the Spa check valve that was bad for cheap and it was only an old broken rubber seal.
A previous pool guy wanted to replace the whole valve and charge for an hour job at a total cost of $180 plus tax.
Alex is not only honest, but a very personable happy Carioca (name for people from Rio De Janeiro).
He brings his own chemicals, which are included in his super affordable service fee.
Having a nice honest guy doing your pool is Priceless. Give him a call if you need help with your pool.

This was absolutely the best service Hands Down!!!!!!!!!!!!! Alex is very responsive, detailed and Professional. He answered all of my questions with detailed explanation, was always there when he said he would be and did a fantastic job. My pool looks amazing. I would definitely recommend and refer this company to anyone and would hire again in a heart beat.

Alex did an excellent job cleaning up my pool! It went from nasty green to beautiful blue! He's been very kind and easy to get in touch with when I have questions. So glad I found Waterfalls Pool here on Thumbtack.
