- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a premium service and service experience at competetive rates. Yes some services offer less and charge less but none offer the level of professional service, 9 chemical water test, and all the services we provide for just $49/week. We offer a 50% discount for your first month of service or we offer specials each month. We don't have contracts so we have to earn your business every visit. We have a 5 Star Gaurantee, if you aren't completely satisfied with our service call us and we will come out until you are or refurnd your service fee. If you want to buy a year or two worth of service we can offer 5% off and lock in your rates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We love to start with four weeks of service at just $25 a week to provide a test drive. Ideally we can meet the customer at these services to discuss their pool, it's condition and any of their concerns. The homeowner doesn't need to home during the service we provide before and after pictures, overview of all of our services, and a full report of any water chemistry or equipment issues. This communication and tracking give the customer piece of mind and proof of performance

Our team is continually training with leading experts in the industry, Pool Scouts Headquarters, and the national trade organization: IPSSA.
