He had to make two separate trips over two days as my replacement pool pump required different (not common) sized flow pipes.

Julio's honesty saved me from buying 2 (two) parts I didn't need saved $750). My water heater was not starting, and another company assessment told me to replace the mastertemp control board kit. Julio cleanned up the connectors and it started working again. Additionaly, replacing an o-ring saved me from replacing a manifold tube.
