- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices and fees are standard Real Estate fees, often set by seller of a property
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get an idea verbally of what my clients needs and wants are then I send them listings to meet their criteria. I give them a few days to review them then I request to meet in person. Often times those needs and wants change after reviewing inventory. From there we work together to revise search criteria and begin our home viewings.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a BSBA which has prepared me to recognize trends and focus on the bottom line, organize information to minimize time wasting, and to recognize when to pivot. I have 26 years of working with individuals both virtually and face-to-face. I am also a licensed property insurance agent of 8 years who understands the importance of home ownership and the pride homeowners have in their accomplishment.
