- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A successful health & fitness journey requires perseverance, commitment, and consistency. Our pricing structure is monthly for a training and nutrition pack. Our packages include anything from corrective exercise to rehab to metabolic coaching, all based on your goals and needs. In my ten years training, this has led to greater results and long term success.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Always start with a complimentary "Intro" session. This session has 3 primary components: Movement assessment, Goal assessment, and Match. We first look at how your body moves (gait analysis, joint issues, overuse/stress, bilateral strength, etc.). Then, we discuss where you want your health to be, and the steps to take to get there. If you choose to move forward with us, we match you with the coach and schedule that works best for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
