- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing varies from $30 - $80. It all depends on the package size, if it is a 1/2-hour, 45 minute, or hour session, what level Trainer they would like to train with, if they are training multiple times per week, and the client commitment. Do a free assessment and establish a specific price point.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st hour is a free no obligation assessment. Body fat testing, blood pressure, goal setting, par-q, stability test, strength test, core test, flexibility test. All with a brief nutrition discussion is complimentary.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 National Certifications I was also the Area Director of Fitness for a large corporate company. I've taught many seminars on health and fitness, and biomechanics. I also created a certification university for continuing education. My last job I trained and developed over 300 personal trainers.
