TRAINING PHILOSOPHY
My philosophy is that fitness and nutrition should be an integrated part of your lifestyle where you act and behave the way you do, simply because it makes you feel good.
I don’t want exercise or nutrition to feel like a chore for anyone... because it doesn’t have to be!
If we are educated on what we put in our bodies and how it affects us, we are more likely to choose better options and behave in a certain way.
✓ My goal is to change your perspective and behavior around fitness and nutrition by helping it become part of your lifestyle.
✓ I want you to fill your plate with nutrient-dense food because it gives you energy and mental clarity — not because it’s “part of a meal plan”.
✓ Similarly, I want you to genuinely love exercise because it makes you feel strong and empowered — not because “you have to workout 5 days a week”.
✓ Fitness and nutrition goes beyond 12 weeks. The two are a relationship you’ll have forever, so it’s important that we find what works for you.
At the end of the day, I want you to have the ability to elevate into the most confident version of YOU.
