I requested an appointment to repair my washing machine. Got the confirmation that they were coming. The day of the appointment they were a no-show. I contacted through the app, they said they were running late, I am waiting again. This is 4+ hours past my appointment. it looks like they’re not gonna be here. Now I have to contact another company to repair my washing machine.
