- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer simple flat rate pricing or hourly. Our prices are fair and based off experience, expertise, and quality of work guaranteed. If you’re looking for the cheapest prices for mediocre work, we are not a good fit. Most of our clients come from word of mouth and repeat customers. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client first reaches out I try to fully understand what they’re trying to get done by asking essential questions and getting any pictures needed. Once I have an idea of the job, I will promptly provide an estimate and set up scheduling that works for the client. I do my best to make the process as simple and hassle free as possible with upfront pricing. I want the over all experience to be great from start to finish.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I lost my job after the pandemic and needed a way to provide for my growing family of 4 fast. With a baby on the way and hungry mouths to feed I turned to the only thing I knew how to do. I’ve always been handy so I turned my God given talents into a business. I love working with my hands and the smile on my clients face after providing them my service makes it all worth it to me. I’ve been doing this type of work my whole life but am now doing it full time for the past 4+ years.
