- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects WORST CASE pricing. No upselling. No additional charges. Invoices are at or below initial quote. We never charge premiums or surcharges on materials. To save money for our customers they can pay for materials at the time of purchase and we will pick it up and bring it to the job site. We do not charge any retainers or ask for money up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customer to understand what they are looking to have done. Our quote (in writing) reflects the general material and labor steps involved with the job. The customer is provided with a materials summary price and a labor summary price. We will also provide alternatives to either enhance the project and/or save the customer money.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Started as a young man working on my parents home. Was trained by the maintenance staff in our local hospital (Carpentry, Electrical,. plumbing, painting, landscaping) and continued to take on larger projects over the years. Also trained as a home inspector. Competant in the following trades. Carpentry, Electrical, plumbing, basic HVAC design, painting, flooring, metal working (structural), and some architectural work (drawing plans).
