- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our pricing reflects the quality of work we provide. customers are investing in skilled craftsmanship, with attention to detail, and the use of high-quality materials. This justifies a higher price point. We have several options including online quoting and estimating, however my typical process is the old-fashioned show up and estimate that where the customer gets to meet me and I get to understand what they expect better.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a potential customer reaches out, whether through a phone call, email, or an online form, respond promptly. Be friendly and professional, gathering basic information about the nature of their project and their location. Conduct a preliminary assessment of the customer's needs. This could involve asking for additional details, and photos. Communicate the expected timeline for the project. Provide information on when you can start, the estimated duration of the work, and any factors that might affect the timeline. P.S. Communication will be done through my wife Alena.

I am Alexander, a skilled handyman with a wealth of hands-on experience in various trades.
